Qualifies for the State Finals.
Fees are non-refundable. All Judges Decisions are final. If you are a winner: Contact the directors of the pageant so that they can get your name and address to submit it to the Kentucky State Pageant Association so that you can receive your State competition packet Information. All fees to the State Finals are the responsibility of the Contestants
