2010 Martin County Harvest Fest Pageant

 “Cuties & Beauties Beautiful Blessings”

Saturday September 18th 12:00PM

All boys receive a medallion. All girls’0-10years receive a crown.

Entry Fee $50.00

Includes Beauty, Optional Prettiest Hair, Eyes, Smile, Best Dressed, Personality/Model, Fireman’s Sweetheart and Photogenic

For Photogenic you may enter 2 photos. Photos may be color or black and white 5x7 or 8x10.

Extra Photos $5.00 each or Unlimited for $10.00

Offered at the Door: My Buddy and Me $10.00 ($5 each contestant)

You can have as many “Buddies” as you want.

12:00 Boys

(Casual wear only “NO” formal suit or tux!)

0-11months, 12-23months, 2-4 years and 5-7 years

12:30 Girls 0-10years

(Casual wear only “NO” pageant dresses!)

0-6months, 7-llmonths, 12-23months, 2 years, 3 years, 4years,

5-6years, 7-8years, 9-10years

2:30 Girls 11years & up

(Formal pageant dress.)

11-12 years, 13-14years, 15-16 years, 17-19years,

MS. 20-21years (anyone married or single)

 Classic MS. (anyone 22 years and up, married or single) 

Glamour Ms. (anyone Plus Size 17 years and up, married or unmarried, must have 5 contestants to have this division.)

 We reserve the right to combine, separate or cancel any age division without notice.

Pageant will start on time. No refunds will be given. Please follow all rules for attire. If contestant is dressed in anything other than what is listed for their age group they will be disqualified from pageant.

Thursday Sept. 2^nd 6-8pm

Thursday Sept. 16^th 6-8pm (Deadline)

You may send registration online but payment and photos must be received (in person or mail) no later than Thursday Sept. 16^th (DEADLINE)

Pageant line up is determined by order of entry. Your entry is not complete until payment is received.

IVFD is not responsible for any personal injury, loss or theft that may occur during or on the way to the pageant activities (this includes any entry fees, photos or paperwork that you mail to enter the pageant).All photos should be placed in appropriate photo mailer envelopes and insured for your safety.

If entry is submitted online it is your responsibility to check that all info is received by us.

Attire Rules: Boys and Girls 0-10 years

Anything purchased from a store or hand made that you would allow your child to wear to school, for pictures, or birthday. If you would not let your child wear it out in public (other than a pageant) it is not what we call casual wear. Outfit should be in no way a costume. Please if you have any questions about your outfit contact us. 

On younger children please keep makeup to a minimum, age appropriate look.

All judges’ decisions are final.

Score sheets will be given out but not until the end of the pageant.

 Poor sportsman ship will not be tolerated.

All proceeds are donated to Inez Volunteer Fire Dept.
