By signing this entry from, I, the parent/legal guardian of the above named
contestant understand all rules stated by Sweet Pea Productions. Sweet Pea
Productions reserve the right to combine age divisions if there are 2 or less
contestants competing as well as substitute awards. Furthermore, any lost,
damaged, or stolen items are at responsibility and not that of Sweet Pea
Productions, the venue owners, or anyone affiliated with either of them. I also
understand any injuries occurring while pageant is underway is also my full
responsibility. There will be no refunds given unless pageant is cancelled and
not rescheduled.
Ad Page Sales:
We offer a great way to pay your entry fee! Go around to local business or ask
for sponsorship from friends and family! All ad pages must be set up; we do not
make them for you! You can easily make these on the computer by putting photo of
contestant, good luck wish by sponsor, and phone number/email of the business
that sponsored the contestant, or simply a “Good Luck!” message. Ads will be
scanned and printed into our program books. Not only do they pay your entry fee
but they are great ways for local businesses to advertise and family and friends
to show their love!

Checks are accepted from businesses only. Please mail money in with entry form
and ad pages. You can create these pages on Microsoft word, picnic. Paint,
etc... And then just e-mail them to us if you’d like!
